How do I become an Agent?

It’s easy to become an Agent.

1) Decide if you are going to be a good guy or a bad guy (it makes no difference) Good guys are Agents and bad guys are Hackers.

2) Pick either an Agent Code Name or a Hacker Screen Name and let me know it. Look below to see what the other kids have picked.

3) Send a Pic of yourself (make it one you would want on your card if you win the drawing).

That’s it. I’ll put you on the web site and let you know so you can see your self.

4) Some of the kids like to make up a short history or story about their character but you don’t have to.  they just like to be creative.  If I like what you write I might put part of it on the site too.

Avatar: no known favorite, Black Ice has been known to use commercially available avatars sometimes modifying them sometimes not. He has been quoted as saying, “Who cares, it’s all an illusion any way,” in reference to avatars.

Little is known about the personal life of William Hargrove. He is quiet and unassuming, rarely tripping any flags on the nets and never running a fowl of the law.  Just out of high school, with excellent grades, he lives alone and keeps to himself.  He was considered a candidate for recruitment a couple of years back but the vetting team struck his name for “unscrupulous behaviors”. It was feared that he could be compromised with financial incentives owing to his burgeoning reputation as a gun for hire.

Note: Williams propensity for shady dealings and desire for financial gain might be used to our advantage for black ops.

Brainiac was a valued member of the CIA during the early days of the organization.  She volunteered for a dangerous and highly classified program called Project Hardwire. Bio-Mechanical devises were grafted to her brain allowing her to think commands directly to specially modified computers. The program was a success and a failure as the implants began to have detrimental effects that would eventually lead to her death if not taken care of.  In an attempt to save her life a risky procedure was undertaken using Nanites to repair the damage to her system.  An unforeseen side affect of the Nanites was an alteration of her DNA causing her to appear to be perpetually 17 years old.

Shortly after Project Hardwire Brainiac removed herself from active duty and eventually found herself working for and then leading a criminal organization called Anarchy.  She holds a profound gratitude for Director Wayne for his efforts to save her during the Hardwire affair. Because of this debt she will not personally take any action against the CIA choosing instead to use hirelings to attack the organization that she has come to loath.

Recently Brainiac was secretly taken into custody, against international law, for her alleged part in the Omni-Virus affair and is being held at an undisclosed location under heavy sedation. An EMP (electro-magnetic pulse device) was used to incapacitate her but it is not known if her ability to think to computers remains intact.

After the untimely and suspicious deaths of his parents Edward R. and Deborah H. Ashcroft, Nathanial became the sole heir of the Ashcroft fortune making him one of the twelve wealthiest men in the world. He resides in a dozen different mansions in as many countries.   This millionaire playboy fancies himself a cross between James Bond and Tony Stark without the cumbersome restrictions imposed by morality and the law.

Even though his hacker skills are above average Nathanial prefers the excitement of live operations and is suspected of taking part in several kidnappings, bombings, robberies, and raids. Thanks to his overwhelming wealth and political connections apprehension and convictions for the above mentioned violations is difficult at best.

C.A.T.: Shadow Strike (see file# 111-95-0084) aggressively terminated operation of an illegal cloning facility in Brasilia Brazil. During this operation the prime version of Dankovich was presumably destroyed however verification remains impossible due to clones’ identical DNA patterns.

Dankovich was the only known successful case of cloning. All known copies have been destroyed. Executive Order #83223-2121 requires that all clones be terminated by arresting officer without detention or trial.

Several unconfirmed sources claim that Bumble Bee was a level one hacker whose abilities increased exponentially when in proximity to a clone of himself through an unknown symbiotic link.

Avatars:  Echo grafts most of his avatars from images he finds on the nets.  Some are funny, some are cute, some are scary, but they’re all created by him alone.

Echo first got into hacking a very early age, when members of the terrorist group Anarchy found some of his open source programming on the nets.  He was fifteen, but they realized his potential.  When he wasn’t hacking for them, Echo was working as an independent security counselor.  He was payed to hack into the best computer systems in the world, and advise the owners on their weak points.  The CIA found him and sent an agent to take him out after he was involved in a large undercover hacking job.  Under strange circumstances, the two, hacker and agent, were forced to work together to escape a third party – The Council of Seven, who wanted to steal a disc that was on Echo’s person.  When the CIA pressed him, he disavowed Anarchy and joined up, with the agent that was sent after him as his mentor.

The young boy who once hacked for Anarchy has grown a lot since then, but he is still young.  He is one of the youngest currently active operatives in the agency.  His ties with Anarchy allow him to be a formidable undercover operative, but the men on top are wary of his allegiance.  \
